No refunds are granted for users attending lessons from the third lesson onwards. One-on-One Private Lesson Packages: Users can cancel the purchased One-on-One Private Lesson Packages at any time and receive a refund for unused lessons. Refunds are not available for lessons already used within the package. 4.3. One-on-One Private Lesson Single Lesson: Considering that students can take a free trial lesson, satisfaction of users who purchase a single lesson is taken into account. Cancellation and refund are not applicable. Refunds are processed if the instructor fails to attend the lesson or behaves inappropriately.
